My background includes a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Bastyr University through the LIOS program. I am working to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and I am continually training in energy psychology techniques, such as Emotional Freedom Technique and Family Constellations work.
